Coaching Services

People come to coaching for many reasons — a transition, a crossroads, a sense that something is shifting, or simply a desire to understand themselves more clearly. My role is to offer a grounded, steady space where you can sort through what’s pulling at you, name what matters, and move toward a direction that feels true. The containers below are designed to give you the right amount of support for the season you’re in, whether you’re looking for focused clarity, a longer stretch of steady work, or a single moment to check your bearings.

Three‑Month Direction Block — $800

A three‑month container for people who want steady support and meaningful traction. This block includes ten sessions. The first session is longer — usually between one and two hours — so we can slow down, understand what’s unfolding, and begin without rushing. The remaining nine sessions are 50 minutes each. Most people meet weekly or every other week depending on their season.

This block is for people who want space to think clearly, sort through competing pulls, and move toward a direction that feels true. Over the three months, we look at what’s shifting, what matters most, and what next steps make sense for the life you’re actually living. The work is steady, conversational, and grounded — not rushed, not pressured, and not performance‑driven.

Clients often use this block to:

  • navigate a major transition or crossroads

  • rebuild clarity after a season of upheaval

  • explore identity, values, and direction in a grounded way

  • create a sustainable rhythm for growth and decision‑making

  • move from “I’m overwhelmed” to “I know what matters and what to do next”

By the end of the block, you’ll have a clearer sense of direction, a steadier internal compass, and a more grounded understanding of what’s next.

"The purpose of life is not to be happy. It is to be useful, to be honorable, to be compassionate, to have it make some difference that you have lived and lived well." - Ralph Waldo Emerson

Three‑Session Clarity Block — $270

A shorter, focused container for people navigating a specific transition or decision. The first session is one to two hours, followed by two 50‑minute sessions. This block gives you space to slow down, understand what’s pulling at you, and get clear on what direction makes sense right now.

This is a good fit if you’re at a crossroads, weighing options, or wanting clarity around a particular moment. It’s also a natural starting point if you’re unsure whether you want a longer season of coaching.

Clients often use this block to:

  • clarify a decision they’ve been circling

  • sort through a specific challenge or transition

  • get unstuck and regain momentum

  • understand what’s changing internally and why

  • reconnect with what matters before taking the next step

By the end of the three sessions, you’ll have a clearer sense of what’s happening, what matters most, and what direction feels right.

Young Adult Coaching (Ages 15–25)

Young Adult Coaching offers a grounded, supportive space for teens and young adults navigating identity, direction, and the many transitions that come with growing into themselves. This work is steady and relational — not clinical, not diagnostic, and not prescriptive. It’s a place to think out loud, explore who you’re becoming, and make sense of the pressures and possibilities in front of you.

Sessions focus on helping young people:

  • understand what they value and why it matters

  • build confidence in their own voice and choices

  • navigate school, work, relationships, and life transitions

  • sort through expectations from others versus what feels true to them

  • develop a sense of direction that feels grounded and realistic

The tone is calm, honest, and supportive. There’s no pressure to perform or “have it all figured out.” Instead, we work together to create clarity, build self‑trust, and identify next steps that feel manageable and meaningful.

For clients under 18, a parent or guardian joins the initial conversation and provides consent for ongoing coaching. After that, sessions are private, giving the young person space to speak freely and think for themselves.

Pricing follows the same structure as adult coaching.

Compass Check — $100

A Compass Check is a focused, one‑time session designed for moments when you need to pause, reassess, and make sure you’re still moving in a direction that fits. It’s especially helpful after completing a coaching block or during seasons when life shifts and you want to recalibrate without committing to a longer container.

This session gives you space to step back and look at the bigger picture. We explore what has changed, what’s pulling at you now, and what direction feels most aligned with who you are becoming. It’s not about starting over — it’s about checking your bearings, naming what matters, and making sure your next steps are intentional rather than reactive.

Clients often use this session to:

  • revisit decisions or plans made earlier in coaching

  • clarify direction during a new season or transition

  • sort through competing priorities

  • regain footing after unexpected changes

  • reconnect with what matters most

By the end of the session, you’ll have a clearer sense of where you are, what’s shifting, and what next step makes the most sense for your life right now.

Intro Consultation — Free

(30 minutes)

A short, steady conversation to get a sense of what’s pulling at you and whether this work feels like a good fit. This session gives you space to share what’s going on, ask questions, and get a feel for the pace and tone of coaching without any pressure or obligation.

We look at what’s bringing you in, what you’re hoping for, and what kind of support might make sense for the season you’re in. If it feels like a good match, we’ll talk through the containers available and what next steps could look like. If it turns out you need something different, I’ll point you toward resources or people who may be a better fit — the goal is simply to help you move forward with clarity.

This conversation is a chance to slow down, get oriented, and decide whether coaching is the right next step for you.
